BRERA FOOTBALL X

Good weekend at Brera Football Village as we collected two draws, even if – probably – we deserved more.
On Saturday the boys of the Under 19, after coming back twice against Pavia 1911 (goals by Karim Abo El Ata and Massimo Vitale), got the lead with a goal by Momo Gueye, before suffering a draw on a penalty kick at the last second. Despite the joy vanished at the end, however, it is another step forward for our Under 19 team who, after having sailed for a long time in the slums of the ranking, has now managed to emerge, even if only by one point, out of the play out area. Next Saturday at home against Barona Sporting we will need another performance of character to smoothly travel towards the finish line.
On Sunday, despite some important absences and the heroic goalkeeper Abdou Drame in revisable health, the first team fought for 90 minutes against Real Milano, missing some good scoring chances including a crossbar hit by Karim the Dream 🇪🇬🌟
In the end the result was a 0-0 which helps to move the ranking and gives good ideas for optimism for the future.
Next Sunday another home match against A.S. Arca awaits us before a cycle of decisive head-to-head clashes.
Forza Brera!
